Authorized use

Use PowerFlow only with the operator's permission and only for purchasing information you are authorized to handle. Keep account credentials private and do not attempt to access another person's account or bypass access controls.

A Google connection requires the account holder's authorization. Forwarding and processing business email must also have any approval required by the business that owns that information.

Record accuracy and review

Users are responsible for reviewing vendor-provided information, uploaded spreadsheets, and any extracted invoice details before relying on them. Imported descriptions, identifiers, quantities, and prices may need correction. A saved record does not place an order, authorize payment, or replace required internal approvals.

An LSI invoice awaiting a PO number remains a tracking record until an authorized user adds or matches the appropriate number.

Availability and backups

PowerFlow depends on internet access and services such as Netlify, Supabase, and Google. Provider outages, paused services, expired or revoked authorization, and changes to invoice formats can interrupt access or processing. Uninterrupted availability and error-free imports are not guaranteed.

Keep appropriate backups of important purchasing records and protect any downloaded exports. PowerFlow is a workflow tracker, not a substitute for a business's official accounting records or retention process.

Optional email connection

Automatic importing runs only when the operator enables it. The connection reads approved invoice emails and attachments for purchasing records, not to send or delete email. Processing history supports duplicate checks and review; the operator should monitor held items and connection errors. You can withdraw Google access through your Google Account settings.
