PowerFlow Email Import
PowerFlow is a private purchasing tracker for authorized users. It organizes vendor records, purchase orders, pending deals, and LSI Partnership invoice details.
Purchasing workflows
The main pipeline and LSI Partnership dashboard keep purchasing records separate. Users can track amounts, freight, quantities, shipping locations, program names, and internal questionnaire status, then search, filter, import, or export their records.
Pending deals track vendor follow-up before a purchase order is ready. LSI invoice records can remain awaiting a PO number until an authorized user adds or matches one.
Optional Gmail invoice connection
PowerFlow Email Import is the name of the optional Google connection for PowerFlow. It reads approved, forwarded invoice emails and their PDF attachments, extracts selected invoice details, and creates LSI Partnership purchasing records without assigning PO numbers.
The connection requests read-only Gmail access. That permission can read messages and attachments in the connected mailbox; processing rules limit automatic imports to approved invoice emails received after activation. It does not request permission to send, edit, or delete email. Unsupported invoices are held for review, and existing invoice records are not overwritten.
Operator controlled. Automatic importing runs only when the operator enables it. Connecting a Google account does not by itself start importing records. The operator can pause importing without changing its original start time.
Private records, public information
This page, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use are public information pages. The hosted purchasing application requires a separate PowerFlow sign-in. These pages do not display purchase orders, vendor lists, or inbox contents.
